Credits are units used for AI-powered image generation and certain actions in the app. There are two sources: a daily allowance included with your subscription, and optional credit packs you can purchase separately. Downloading or sharing does not consume credits.
Costs vary by module and action type (for example virtual try-on, wedding or henna flows, combined view, revisions). Current costs are shown in the UI before you confirm an operation.
The daily allowance is part of your active subscription; it refreshes each day at 00:00 UTC and unused daily allowance does not roll over to the next day. Pack credits are purchased add-ons; they are not reset by the daily refresh and remain on your account until used (subject to product rules).
Subscription daily allowance refreshes on a calendar-day basis (UTC); unused daily allowance does not carry over to the next day or accumulate into a monthly balance. Your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) is separate from daily credit refresh.
No. AI-powered generation requires an active subscription; there is no free trial or complimentary AI quota for accounts without a subscription.
No — under our product rules, AI usage requires an active subscription; purchasing a pack alone does not unlock AI. Your pack balance is available when your account is eligible to use it.
When you upgrade, your new plan’s daily allowance applies from the next UTC daily refresh; unused daily allowance from the previous tier does not transfer as extra balance. Your pack credit balance remains on your account.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. When a subscription ends, your paid tier benefits stop and the daily subscription allowance ends. Pack credit balance remains on your account (subject to product policies). Manage auto-renew on the channel where you subscribed: App Store / Google Play for mobile, or web subscription management for iyzico. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store or web subscription.
Account deletion is permanent and removes your data including collection, wardrobe, and credits. This is different from cancelling a subscription.

Try-on sessions are retained for 15 days. Cache for the same product combination is automatic, so repeating a look can save credits.
Yes. While the store panel is open, a reminder appears about one hour before a scheduled appointment. You can open Appointments or message the client on WhatsApp if a phone number is saved. Reminders are in-app only for that browser session — there is no push or background alert when the panel is closed.
